The Lagro Elementary School Smart Builders Electronic Library is one of the original 33 SB E-libraries Special Project of former Mayor Sonny “SB” Belmonte, Jr.
The LES SB E-Library, formerly located at the ground floor of Bagong Lipunan Building was completed on August of 2006 and was inaugurated on October 13, 2006 with the cutting of the ribbon by former congresswoman Annie “Rosa” Susano, then school principal Angelina Avestro, Teachers, Students, Parents and of course former ASDS and In-Charge of SB e-Libraries: Meleda H. Polita.

It was then transferred to the newly inaugurated Belmonte Hall on June 12, 2008 to accommodate the number of growing patrons.
On May 22 - 28, 2009, during the Brigada Eskwela, renovation of the Guidance and Principal’s Offices at the Cariño Building commenced to give way for the relocation of the e-Library. On June 4, 2009, in time with opening of classes, the LES Smart Builders Electronic Library found its new home at the Cariño Building.
